The GFNY BEAR puts the excitement of the authentic Italian Gran Fondo right in the Big Apple! You'll bike across the George Washington Bridge - closed to all car traffic - experiencing the beautiful New York City Skyline along the way. For a change of scenery, you'll then enjoy woodsy nature as you bike along the Hudson River, and up the power portion of the journey: a 5-mile steady incline as you climb Bear Mountain. Once you're at the top though, you'll get to take in expansive, beautiful views. From there, you'll get a bus ride for you and your bike to the event festivities at Ross Dock in Palisades Park, a stone throw from where you started.
